Transit after dispatch
For eligible air-shipped orders, transit is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. This is separate from preparation: the combined estimate is approximately 8–15 business days. Destination, carrier and customs processing can affect arrival times.
Standard shipping is included for eligible supported destinations. Tracking details are provided after dispatch when available. Duties and taxes depend on the destination; any amounts collected at checkout are shown before payment. Otherwise, import charges may be payable on arrival.

Request a return of an eligible standard product within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and a discretionary 15% restocking fee may apply where legally permitted and disclosed.
No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. Standard products are not excluded simply because they are sourced after purchase.
12-month limited warranty
Qualifying manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery under our warranty terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
